Click on the Record or Smart Match for certain people and it just goes to the MyHeritage homepage, instead of the records I'm trying to see.
Is this a bug? Are the records no longer available or something? Am I just not understanding how this is supposed to work?
I have some Smart Matches that will transfer to the GENI profile and then I have the chance to transfer the information. But, there are others where that does not happen.

There has been a recent fix for showing the MyHeritage homepage when the link was outdated.
Are you sure you are talking about Smart Matches and not Record Matches? Some of the Record Matches are free, but for others you need a data subscription.
It may help if you give a working and not working example.

When I click on a smart match, it goes to myheritage.com where I can use to confirm the match. When I do confirm, about 1/2 of the time I get the msg about wanting to make it a source on GENI.com. Other times, no choose. But, either way that confirmed match/information shows up on the GENI.com profile. Sometimes(and I really like this feature) the match will have the opportunity to extract the information from the match and have it put into the GENI.com profile. Other times, that choice is not available. I will send a link to one of the matches that works in next msg.
