Clearly no one at Geni reads these or responds or assists in resolving issue.  I gave up - to date, not even a response from Geni since Aug. 2016.  We're on our own.

  Please be aware that the data is being stored for now as we complete work that will include this data in future matches. Unfortunately, this has taken much longer than anticipated to complete. However, we are actively working to make this available to all users very soon.
