I have transferred FTDNA results for myself and my parents to each of our respective Geni profiles.
However, no matter how many times the profile is linked or unlinked to FTDNA, the following error keeps appearing:

Hi Job, yes I have previously taken a look at that post.
The FTDNA results are all available for me to browse across each profile belonging to myself, my father and my mother.
The source of each of our DNA Raw Data is 23andme.

Hi Jawad, can you please double check the connection on the FTDNA side? Login to one of the FTDNA kits, under "Partner Services," click on Geni, and let us know if it says it is connected.

Hi Jawad, can you please try disconnecting the DNA kits again from the FTDNA side and then try linking again?
Ok completed for all 3 kits.
Hi, the DNA matches have now started appearing!
