I can't get any "help", because every time I try to I get sent to your free trial offer. So I am posting this here.
How do I submit a ticket?
The question I need an answer to is I have been given access to a private tree. But I can only see about 4 people in the tree at a time. How do I physically enlarge the tree, so I can see more at one time?

You can change the zoom level and you can change the number of generations shown (will also depend on the screen dimensions you are using)
