I have uploaded many documents in the past, but have been unable to do so since early this week. I do not even get the window for uploading anymore.
Any ideas why this might be? How can this be fixed?

To be more specific: I cannot add sources for details in profiles on my tree anymore. I have just managed to upload a new document through "Documents" under the "Research" pull-down menu, but that document is then attached to my own profile, which is not what I want. So, the problem is uploading sources from the profiles to which they apply.
I have now managed to do so through the "Sources" tab at the bottom of the profile, but can no longer add documents by clicking on the source icons in the editing window of any profile. So I have found a work-around, but don't understand why the other option is no longer available.
If you are a Basic user you could have reached the limit of 1GB on media (see https://help.geni.com/hc/en-us/articles/229706367-What-are-the-benefits-of-a-Geni-Pro-membership-)
You could try another browser to see if it might be a problem with an add-on.
Hi John, are you still experiencing this issue? If yes, can you please let us know what device and browser/version you have tried?

I no longer have the problem, thanks. I am not sure whether you have fixed the problem, but it has disappeared. My operating system and browser were never the problem, as I use Windows 10 Pro and the latest version of Google Chrome as my browser.
