Some of the profiles in my tree (for several families) are greyed out in the main view. Only when I click on the window, the name appears, but it does not change into blue/pink depending on the gender. I also cannot expand the additional branch. It's been couple of days now. Have logged-out and in many times but it is still the same...
Additional comment : all these profiles have been added by me and I am the only manager so far. Therefore , no one else is managing them .

Ahh, so I am not the only one! This is then clearly a system bug.
I have found a temporary solution - if you leave the Geni tree (main view) page open and, fx, countinue working in another tab, after some time the tree ''wakes up'' and all profiles go back to normal. But this, of course, should not be happening at all. :(
Hi all, we are investigating this issue and we will let you know once we have an update.
We located the issue and disabled the code that was causing the blank nodes to appear. The tree should be working normally now.

I still have this problem, my daughter is female but her Geni box is greyed out although her profile is correctly marked as female.
