Hi Larry, we're sorry to hear of your family's loss. It sounds like your mother-in-law's profile may still be claimed with her email address. Please report her profile as Deceased via the Actions button, which will also stop all birthday/anniversary notifications. Once our customer service team receives the report, we can assist with unclaiming her account.

Thanks for your followup. As you can see we had already added a timeline event (deceased) and had no reason to believe it would take more than what we did. Ever think of making this required action a pop-up message when adding a "deceased" timeline event? Thanks again!
