Unable to download GETCOM file: names are missing, tried several times

Dear Geni team, 

Today I was trying several times to import my tree data from a gedcom file, but each time all the russian names were missed after the importing. The rest of the data (dates, photos, etc) are ok. The getcom file was generated in Myheratage and seems to be ok, but how to transfer the names to GENI? Can somebody help?
