Problems uploading photos

I cannot upload any photos today.  Is anyone else having this issue?

  Today I was trying to upload photos of documents. 

  While this function worked on previous days, today it did not. It offered me to select a document, I select it, and click the Upload document button at the bottom... the button disappears, and it all looks like before. See the screenshot below.
