Hi Israel, if you do not see the option to edit your relative's profile, then your relative may have claimed their account with their email address. You can report your relative as Deceased via the Actions button on your relative's profile. Go to your relative's profile page and at the top right, click on Actions. You can see the button on the profile page in the image below:

Next click "Report" and select "Deceased" from the dropdown. Leave a short comment and click "Submit."
