Hi, almost every night around 10-ish, I go to log onto Geni, and it says “Safari can not log onto Geni as the server has stopped responding”
Why is this happening? It’s been going on for months and obviously that’s annoying!

Hi Tracy, does this only occur while using Safari? Have you tried a different browser?
The next time this happens, you can try clearing your Geni cookies in your browser by clicking on this link https://www.geni.com/login/clear_cookies

STILL doing it... “Safari can not log onto Geni as the server has stopped working” It’s doing it SO often even after I’ve cleared the Geni cookies as you suggested, that I haven’t been able to even get on to complain again until just now. I keep taking screen shots of all the time’s it’s failed. This is very frustrating! Isn’t there a 1-800 number that one can call to get this fixed? The only number I have is no help at all. Ugh!
