No new DNA matches more than two months?

Hi, I do not receive new DNA matches more than 2 months.... Why, what's wrong with Geni again and as always? And... why Geni can't get DNA info from MyHeritage, as I know- it's the same company more than 3 years.

  Hi Eduardas, there is currently an issue with FTDNA sending DNA information to us. We are in communication with the FTDNA team and they are currently working on a fix. We hope they will have it released soon. We're very sorry for the inconvenience.

  I’m having the same problem. Curiously, I do get an occasional email alert from Geni about new matches, but when I log on, there are no new matches to be seen since February! And even those are a bit hard to find, there doesn’t seem to be any direct link to my DNA matches.
  Are you sure the problem isn’t at your end...? 🤔

  I get no y test results as it implies I have no test. i tried disconnecting and reconnecting and now it wont stay connected at all, despite incognito, clearing cache or trying several browsers. Any updates on this? This is a critical feature!

  We thank you for your patience and apologize for the delay in getting this feature restored. As users start linking their FTDNA kits to Geni once again, you should start receiving new DNA matches. 

   

  If you don't yet have your FTDNA kit linked to Geni, you may do so now by following the instructions at https://help.geni.com/hc/en-us/articles/229707687-How-do-I-link-Family-Tree-DNA-test-results-to-my-profile-
  
  If you've already linked your DNA kit to Geni and wish to update your results, you must first disconnect Geni from FTDNA and then you can reconnect your accounts.
