No matter what question that I send to Geni, I receive the same exact pre-made response. Does anyone at all read about the problems with bugs?
I have attached a screenshot of the response that I get on Geni for EVERY search that I make. This did not happen previously, but has happened for several days now.

Hi Mary, it's unclear what generic answers you are referring to as our response to your previous post was rather detailed. If we misunderstood your question, then we apologize. Can you please provide a specific example of a person you are trying to search? Please include all search criteria you are using (name, date, relationships, etc.).
