Geni Support Team Hi Sandra, we see you have an unresolved tree conflict. To resolve this, you simply need to merge the duplicate profiles.
In the tree, click on the small triangle at the bottom left corner of the node. It will look like this:
Next drag and drop the duplicates on top of each other and click "Merge Duplicates." You will then see the merge comparison page where you can confirm the duplicates are the same and complete the merge.
