I have uploade Ancestry DNA test results to Family Tree DNA and have transferred those results to my Geni profile. The Partner App page shows my results are connected. But there is no link or button for my Family Tree DNA results on the DNA tab of my profile.

Geni Support Team Hi Kenneth, can you please try disconnecting from FTDNA's partner app page and then reconnect through your DNA tab on Geni?

Kenneth Paul Norkin Thank you. That worked. Info about the results is there, but it's not a clickable link and no Y-DNA results are available. I assume this is because this is Ancestry DNA uploaded to Family Tree then linked back to Geni. But at least it's there and shows possible connections.

Geni Support Team Great! You can access a link to your autosomal matches from your DNA tab or from your notifications at the top right of the page. Or you can click here: https://www.geni.com/dna-tests/matches
If you take a Y-DNA test with Family Tree DNA, then you will be able to import those results to Geni as well.

ирина владимировна Irina Reese I am having a similar issue. I transfered by DNA data to FTDna (from Ancestry, I think) a while ago, and today tried connecting to Geni from FTDna data. I have no matches although the transfer was recognized. Is it possible to not have any DNA matches at all?
