Geni Support Team Hi Fred, please report his account as Deceased by clicking on the "Actions" button on his profile, select "Report," and choose "Deceased" from the dropdown. Once the report is submitted, all anniversary and birthday reminders will stop. After our customer service team reviews the report, they will be able to assist with unclaiming Jack's account so that your family may update his profile to reflect his passing.

Geni Support Team Actually, it looks like Jack's profile is unclaimed and you are the manager of his profile. This means that you can update his profile yourself. Please click "Edit Profile" on his profile page and mark his profile as Deceased.
