Payment required to check public profiles
Upon entering a name of a deceased relative, a page of geni pro interrupts asking for payment to check the desired public profile. Please check.

Viviana Ferreira Prada Example: Upon entering the name Hector Roa Martínez (deceased) to check if we have any blood relationship as he is the father of a living descendant who contacted me to check on an ancestor called Catalina de Heredia, I cannot get either to the deceased person nor to his inquiring son as this ad from Geni Pro interrupts asking for money to do so. Please check this bug. Thank you.

Those with a free membership may only access profiles they manage or collaborate on in the search results for free. These profiles are indicated with a green check mark.
If you are not yet ready to upgrade to Pro, and the profile you are looking for is a public profile, you can do a Google search for the name of the profile + geni.com and access the profile for free through there.
