Geni Support Team Hi Eva, can you please clarify your issue? Did you receive the message that your password expired more than once?

Eva Lange 1. Someone, but not me have changed the password twice. When I tried to log in I had to ask for a new password both times, in a couple of days.

Geni Support Team Are you still receiving the message that your password is expired?
Since we are now enforcing minimum password strength requirements, we are asking all users to reset their password. But you should only be asked once to reset your password.
