Password reset does not work

Cannot log in. Geni responds that my password is old and it has send an email to change it. No email has arrived. Tried several times to reset my password, does not send an email to do it. I have also send several times email to subscriptions@geni.com, but no-one replies. Needed to create another account just for writing this comment. And yes of course I have checked the Trash folder.
