Heikki Karhu Interestingly enough the password reset works for this dummy account I created, but not for my actual account. Does Geni have any support. No-one seem to react to these messages.

Geni Support Team Hi Heikki, I am unable to locate any emails from you. Did you receive a ticket number? You should have received an automated email confirming your email was received with a ticket number.

Heikki Karhu Don't you know in the Support that in order to create a ticket one needs to log in first. But I cannot log in and the password reset does not work. I will not write my email address in this public page. How can I sent email to you so that you can check what is the problem in my original account regarding password reset.

Heikki Karhu Please read my first comments here. You don't read the emails send to subscriptions@geni.com. This starts to be really annoying. Pls find the emails from heikki.karhu@ sent to subscriptions@geni.com and solve the issue finally.

Geni Support Team Heikki, we are unable to locate any emails from you. As previously stated, you should have received an automated email confirming your email to subscriptions@geni.com was received. That email contains a ticket number. What is that ticket number?
If you did not receive an email confirmation, then that means we did not receive your email. Please try again.

Heikki Karhu Hi have sent the emails on Dec 27, Dec 29 and Dec 31. I resent it today to subscriptions@geni.com from my Microsoft email and also from my Google email. Only the gmail got the response with ticket #, it is 153860. So the problem is with MS email on your side.

Kenneth Edward Norton The Save Changes button shades out when I click Reset Password. I am not able to reset the password as the currrent one has been compromised. Help.

Nadine Loulou Why are we being forced to change passwords? Is this every account or just some of them? Why does no ok respond to emails. It's strange to be told you can't log in because you MUST change your password? For what reason?

Geni Support Team Nadine, since we are now enforcing minimum password strength requirements, we are asking all users to reset their password.
We recommend you choose a strong password that you have not used anywhere else.
