Geni Support Team Hi Cheryl, can you be more specific about what you are clicking on in the tree? What type of browser and device are you using?

Cheryl Ann Colling B16 Browser Chrome and a Samsung Galaxy Note 10.
The small tree that is at the top right corner of the person to open up or expand so I can see decendents or ancestors. -

Joachim Balzer The program appears not to be working. I can display the tree however if I attempt to add a child to a profile or open a profile from the tree, nothing happens

Joachim Balzer Hi, I am using the latest version of Microsoft Edge. The problem has only appeared in last few days as I added some family members last week without problems. I have just now tried it again with no luck. I can access the Tree but cannot open, add or anything else from here.
