I have never been able to find my father’s ancestors on GENi! Only my mother’s!! Can someone please help!??

I have very seldom - to never, been able to find my father’s ancestors on GENi! Only my mother’s!! I have searched on GENi for years, with very little, to no success, in finding ancestors of my father!!! Can someone please help!?? Charles Thomas (Tom) CARR, Sr. (KERR)

  Please try to post in the right discussion, this one is for bug reports.

  It helps when profiles on your tree have as much info on profiles as you have for them. Even if you do not know exact dates or places it helps to put in data ranges and general place info. That makes it easier for other users to connect to your part of the tree. Also be sure to put name- and spelling variants in the AKA field and not in the other name fields.

  Look in your country portal to see if there are more suggestions that could be useful.
