RE: Curator answer to my All MY FAMILY TREE HAS DISAPPEARED!

Thank you for your response on June 28 to my several messages of June 20 and June 24.

Yes, I am still having an issue. I'm glad you can see my tree. But on Mozilla Firefox nothing come through in the Tree section.

Yes, I had recently logged in but worked all of my changes and additions by going thru “Family” then clicking “Lists” and clicking the entries managed by myself and also by going to the “Matches” section under Notifications. So I did have success, just not able to see the visual Tree.

Based on your advice about clearing browser cookies . . .

  1. I opened geni on my android phone and had success on Chrome and Firefox, seeing my Tree thru the HTML5 version (interesting) !! 
  2. On my home computer I was also to see the Tree on Chrome & Internet Explorer!  
  3. However, I use Firefox on my home computer.
    1. So I cleared all geni cookies from my Mozilla Firefox browser
    2. I closed the Firefox browser.
    3. I rebooted  ..  But ..  no success!!

On Chrome and Internet Explorer I not only see the visual Tree, but also the options of “Navigate / Go To / Preferences” as well the 6 icons options to view, invite, print, etc.

Any advice on what do I need to do to get back the visual Tree and the preferences ribbon in Firefox?
