I experience a problem in MS Outlook when clicking on Geni e-mails

Hi,

The moment I click on a Geni or Myheritage  e-mail when in my inbox in MS Outlook, Outlook freezes and a window opens with the following wording: Contacting:\\records.thumbnail.myheritageemiges.com\supersearchassets\0\53a\\97e. When this happens, Outlook stays frozen for about 2 minutes. It is extremely irritating, because I cannot go through my e-mails for a considerable timespan. I receive many e-mails from both Myheritage and Geni. Sometimes I get this message without trying to open e-mails from the two programs, which makes it even more irritating because it is time consuming waiting for the problem to go away.

Could you perhaps help me getting rid of this problem? I have run scanpst repairtool without any luck
