Is there a problem with the message system?

I have been trying to send messages to managers but, when I click on the 'send' button nothing happens. I have also tried sending the message by going to the relevant manager's page and writing the message but, again, the message will not send. Very frustrating!

I can confirm that Safari users on a Mac have this error, and it was reported in a curator discussion earlier today. I am using Chrome without any problem.
