I'm unable to export a GEDCOM file. It asks me to select a profile between 0 and 1 (even though there is a substantial family tree) and will not let me export any records. I would like to export those records to my MyHeritage account. Thanks.

Jeff, Geni Curator It looks like you're running into the limits based on the number of profiles you've added to Geni. Since GEDCOM is meant as a backup of your data, it limits your export based on contribution.
Limits:
Basic users - GEDCOM exports are limited to 4x the number of profiles you've added and up to a maximum of 5,000 profiles
Pro users - GEDCOM exports are limited to 4x the number of profiles you've added and up to a maximum of 50,000 profiles

Craig Newkirk Hi Jeff, I'm running into the same problem. But my problem is I don't have any relatives to add since I've already connected to the world tree and don't need to add any relatives or profiles since they are already there. Any suggestions?
Thanks, Craig

Bjørn P. Brox The 4x added profiles limitation was introduced as a result of too many that joined Geni just to grab a GEDCOM of others work, often followed by uploading it on a competing page.
You could ask Arthur, the person who added you, to make the export for you. In that way it would be an approval from him to get a copy as well. -
Jeff, Geni Curator One method to get a report of your ancestors would be to go to the Actions menu on your profile and select Ancestor Report. Then at least you would have it documented.
