I'm not sure I'm in the right 'section', but unable to get to Geni otherwise (how can one contact you?)! It's important: my account was opened few years ago - but since my email was deleted and cannot remember the password - how can I access? (email: ori@freesurf.fr) thanks!

Our records indicate that the Geni account associated with the email address ori@freesurf.fr was deleted. Once an account has been deleted, it cannot be undone. Premium Support to contact us directly is currently available for only Plus and Pro subscribers. Bev Bowers Rogers I am a PRO member. I have a credit card statement and e-mails of relationship paths sent to me. When I sign in and put in password..it says I am BASIC! Someone needs to check this for me! I have 3 e-mails. nikita0857@yahoo.com nikita1157@gmail.com nikita92@comcast.net I can take a picture of the email you sent me showing the relationship path I requested..which can only be done with someone who has a pro account. Please do NOT refer me to the help section for Basic accounts only. That does not help me!! -
