I have had a Geni account for a long time under my old e-mail address and when I tried to switch it to my new e-mail address Geni said that I was starting a new Geni account and I couldn't access my original one-actually I couldn't access my original Geni account even under my old e-mail address for some time now anyway! So what is the problem? I have a huge tree on Geni that I worked hard at making and now it is completely gone! I do not want to start over again with a new account! Geni should have been able to just transfer my origianal account over to my new e-mail address ! Also I have sent Geni a couple messages about this before already-this must be the 3rd time! HELP--It's not fair to just delete a person's tree!!
