id/pw lost in obsolete mailbox

Hello,

Started mother's line of ancestors like 5 yrs ago, and now the mailbox = id has become obsolete and cannot update the profile.  How can I get new id and pw to my present mail?

  You should still be able to log into Geni using that old email address and the password which you set at that time on Geni -- it does NOT depend on your old email address being active.

  Of course, the first thing you want to do after logging in is to edit your profile to change your email address to your current one.

  If you don't remember your password, and particularly if you have already started a new Geni login, send a message to Customer Service (http://www.geni.com/people/Customer-Service/6000000013600542058) to help you to "reconnect" your old tree with your new Geni login.
