I am the one who put on the info for my cousin, but now she has died. Since I am no longer the manager of her account, it won't let me enter information for her death. Why? What can I do? There are two instances like this!

Jeff, Geni Curator Sorry for your loss. To report the death of a profile that is claimed, which appears to be the case here, then go to the actions menu on the profile and select report. You can then report the person as deceased and Geni will make the change and release the profile back to the family.
