Jeff, Geni Curator Sounds like it might be an Adobe Flash problem. Geni uses Flash to render the tree.

Pamela Elizabeth Nash Why can't I access my Tree?

Jeff, Geni Curator Pamela, I'm not sure I understand your question as you've provided no details or information regarding your issue. I can see your tree perfectly. I also see a duplicate tree that should be merged, managed by your sister Marian. Though I see you've deleted her name in your tree, so maybe there is some bad feelings there? Anyway, if you're having a problem viewing your tree, it's very likely a problem with your browser. If you need help merging the other tree, so there are no duplicates, let me know.

Bunch Why can't I access my Family Tree? When I try to sign in it keeps telling me "The email and password provided do not match our records. Please try again." I worked hard on doing my Family Tree. I would like to be able to access my tree.
Kind regards,
Sheila (Bunch) Wilson

Job Waterreus Did you look at Lost Password and/or How do I update the email address on my Geni account?
If that does not work see How do I contact Geni about my subscription?
