Help me delete two erroneous profiles

I've attempted to contact the manager several times. I've reported the profiles. I've searched my records numerous times. These people simply don't exist.

Can a curator please delete Samuel Hargis and Elizabeth Waddington?

  I have two of me.  I show myself as my own sister.  I am the only one and the older account is linked to an email I cannot access.  How do I update my information?

  I tried adding the other email address but I get an error that the email is used by another profile and an email was sent to the now no longer used nor accessible email.  I also sent an email to the other account (and I cannot remember the password to that account).   I am stuck.  Please help.
