Adding facts from MyHeritage sources

Hi,

I followed the steps here to source facts: http://help.geni.com/entries/427825-How-To-Add-Sourced-Facts-to-Profiles

I've found that this works to source facts from documents I've added myself. However, sources that were added via MyHeritage.com aren't citable. They simply don't show up in the list of sources.

What gives? Is the ability to cite facts from MyHeritage documents coming in the future?

  I may be seeing a similar or the same problem. Profiles I manage on geni.com display a tab that indicates one or more sources have been added (and they have, both by "confirming" at geni.com and by "extracting" at the corresponding myheritage.com profile), but when I click on the sources tab of the geni.com profile it doesn't actually list any sources. So there's just a tab indicating 2 sources have been attached, for example, but no sources listed. E.g. http://www.geni.com/people/Joseph-Kantrowitz/6000000031848102195#/tab/source

  I have exactly the same problem. I can see the number of sources I added through MyHeritage match, but then no sources shown inside the sources tab. Eric, I can see your 2 sources under the link you provided! Anyone reported to Geni help desk? If not, please do.

  I looked again and*now* the Source items are there. Also, when I confirm a new record match the item appears under the Source tab immediately. It's been at least a week since that was working properly, but now it is again, at least for me. Maybe somebody behind the scenes reset something somewhere (in which case, thanks!). In any case I am not seeing the earlier problem now.

  Was that problem solved, since we are now already in the Corona year and I still have the same problem!

  Please include more details regarding your issue, including specific examples.
