Tags in documents it will not stay

1. You can tag document but soon you refresh your page, tags you have made in the document will disappear.
2. Before names did appear under document after you have tag document, this doesn’t happen anymore.

  I am having this issue, too. In addition, the tags should automatically appear in the profiles in this document section, but they don't. When I manually add the profiles, they disappear.

  For example, this document contains the names of six family members. The tags I attached have vanished, and the profiles in this document section shows only four of the names.

  This has been fixed. You should now be able to tag documents.
