My Geni is not working properly. I need some help. The pictures go all over the screen and I can't send any messages when I try to send a card. This has been happening for the past three months! Can this be rectified?

Natalie MacLees Hi Frances - I'm sorry that you were having trouble. We were having some issues with gifts in IE7 and we had also for a short time experimented with making gifts a premium-only feature not available to basic users. However, we fixed the gifts for IE7 and have decided to open up gifts for all users free of cost.
