I have tried on 3 different computers to use the free trial or to buy the subscription, but get an error everytime, very frustrating. Attached is an example of the error I am getting when trying to upgrade.

Have been waiting since October for this to be resolved so that I can upgrade to the next package, does Geni not want more subscriptions coming in since I would think wanting to get more paying customers would be a top priority??
