I can not add a new member of my family in Persian (Farsi). I set my keyboard to Persian, but when I type the letters appear in English. This only happen when adding new members using the arrows of names on the tree . In other case such as writing messages or writing in profiles,.... it is OK. I have this problem since 6 months ago. I asked for help and correcting this bug twice, but no answer I got so far.

Natalie MacLees I'm sorry that you're having trouble with this. Can you please confirm that this is still a problem for you? And if so, can you let me know which browser and operating system you are using? For example, Chrome 17 on Mac OSX or Internet Explorer 9 on Windows 7. That will let me reproduce the issue and find a way to fix it.

حسن صالحي فتح آبادي Dear Natalie, Thanks for your comment. Unfortunately the problem still persists. But the way I have found is: first I add a member with English name, then I edit it to Persian (farsi) . In this way it works. I use both Explorer 9 and Chrome on Windows 7.. With both of them I can not add a member directly in Persian. This problem is also experienced by other members of my Tree. With best wishes Hassan
