I appreciate that Basic membership is free and advertisements help to make that possible. But when the ads block controls necessary for making edits, rather than make me want to purchase an enhanced membership, it only makes me want to give up and do something else.
I was trying to add a source document, but the bottom portion of the popup was covered by an advertisement which made it impossible to save the source.

i can no longer even read my material because of ads popping up all over the place - how do i block them - i pay for Geni Pro so i dont see why i cant use the system because of all of these ads - how do i block them
Geni is Ad-free so the only explanation might be some virus/trojan on your own PC.
I strongly recommend checking it
