Problem with GEDcom file created by Geni

I tried to import the GEDcom file created by Geni into Ancestry.com but was told it was not a valid GEDcom file.  Can you fix the format?  I selected forest version. .

  Hello Marie:

  The GEDCOM is exported as a ZIP file, you will need to open the ZIP file in order retrieve the GEDCOM file which has the file extension of '.ged'.
