You send me birthday reminders, but I cannot send birthday greetings. When I press "send a greeting", I only get your sales pitch page and cannot go any further. It doesn't show a send button or confirm that it was sent. I don't like this new format at all. It is more like just plan advertising your new Geni Pro.
Please go back to the old Geni or fix this one so that it is user friendly.
Hi Wanda - Some time ago we made sending gifts available to all of our customers for free. You shouldn't be getting messages telling you that you need to upgrade to send a gift unless we've overlooked something or made a mistake somewhere. Can you please let me know where you're pressing "Send a Greeting"? Is it from an email, while you're looking at someone's profile, from an announcement of an upcoming event on the site somewhere? I'll try to figure it out, but if you can help me pinpoint the problem, I can probably identify it and fix it more quickly. Thanks!
