Hi, I'm wondering what has happened to my quest as to who Jonathan Pritchard is who manages my own profile. Jonathan Pritchard was my 5th great grandfather, therefore is not alive to manage me. I tried to contact that manager, have received no reply, asked for geni's help, got 3 replies back they were working on it. My cousin's husband, Ken Brock, initially managed my profile and without asking me assumed I was Jonathan Pritchard, which I am not, and transferred my profile to whoever holds this alias. As I pay for geni, I am getting pretty upset. I have yrs. of work on geni that I don't want to lose, although a lot of people have jumped in and changed a lot of stuff for their own convenience. Please let me know what's going on. Thanks! A

  If I remember correctly I told you that he is NOT A MANAGER of your profile, he is just listed as the Added By, which technically is correct because that PREVIOUSLY claimed historical profile added the profile of you first (before you joined Geni). I got a confirmation from Geni staff that they need to take a closer look at the code for removing a claimed historical profile to also remove such traces, but as I also told you: It makes no harm since nobody can log into that account and secondly since it is just listed as Added By and not as a manager, - it is just being annoying.
