Since the 'amalgamation' with Heritage I am being inundated with supposed matches, most of which I know to be incorrect. To check these matches I am required to pay a membership fee to Heritage, which I have no wish to do. Meanwhile my tree is being more & more cluttered with matching signals. Geni has always been free unless one went Pro. My tree is well developed & I am really not interested in adding more information on my third cousins grandson's wife, particularly if I am expected to pay for the privilege.
This is an extremely annoying development. If it is on Geni either allow the matching to be accessed free or remove that service. Then anyone who wants to belong to Heritage can have that choice & those of us who don't want to belong will not be pestered with all these match messages.
