I can not get into my tree

This is the only place I could find to communicate with someone from Geni.

I joinedGeni in 2008 and put ovr 100 entries into my tree. Since then my tree has grown to several hundred persons. Recently I found that I can no longer open my tree to look at it. I downloaded the most recent Adobe flash player as indicated but I still can not access my own tree. Could you please tell me what the problem is and/or fix this for me?

  Your tree displays fine.

  May be, caused by a slow PC or internet line get a timeout because you are trying to display too many generations at the same time?
  There should be an automatic reduction if that happens, but it might have failed.

  Try to enter your wife's profile and view her tree.
  If you are able to do that (since she have no parents attached), go down in the tree display preferences that pops up at the bottom of the tree view and reduced the Descendants and Ancestors numbers (number of generations), before you try to view your own tree.

  Hello Bjorn,

  My wife and I tried to go through her profile but still get the same response, a box that says no flash player detected. We have reinstalled the latest adobe flash player and it is enabled. We can get to any persons profile on Geni but when we try to open the tree we get the box that says "no flash player detected" for a brief second then it goes to what looks like the tree site but with no tree, just a blank frame. 

  I don't know about trying to display too many generations at once since it used to open fine then one day it wouldn't.

  I could not find a 'contact us' prompt on the Geni site so I am wondering are you a Geni employee or a Geni member offering suggestions? We recently had our computer serviced by a professional so we inclined to think it might be with the Geni site itself. What can we do to get back into our tree?

  OK, you did not tell in your first message that you got the error message "no flash player detected", and that is the main problem.

  What OS and which browser are you using?

  In most browsers you have an option to disable addons like Flash, and you should check if this has been done in your browser.
  Personally I prefer using Google Chrome for Geni, 

  The Google Chrome browser includes Adobe Flash Player built-in. Accordingly, it's not necessary for Chrome to download Flash Player separately.

  I can not get into geni.  I have been a member for over a year. Why can't I get into the tree I added thousands of people to?

  I can't get to see my Geni tree.  Yesterday I uploaded a dovument and it switched around on its own today I get to Geni in a new format, but no tree.  Just the following message

  I can't access my family tree, since GENI was absorbed by Ancestry every time I try to get in it wants me to suscribe and pay. The only thing I need is to recoved the data I already had and make some corrections.

  Good day I cant get into my family tree now for a long time, i did what I was told re the Adobe Flash, whixh as I use Chrome which i believe is built in.  Now some one has merged my tree, and I have no idea who this person is.. Also I am very upse as I went Pro last year and now I have had no success at all feeling very disappointed with this.   Please can some one help me.

  How do I get into my tree to update it. I have been trying using my email address, I have been connected with Geni since 2005.
