Hi, for some reason when I log on it comes up with my mothers profile - Mary Jean Mills. My name is Lynette Jean Ritchie and I cannot log on for myself, and I cannot put our email address for my husband - James Lennox Ritchie either. Everytime I put our email address in for my husband the computers says that I cannot invite myself. My mother has passed away and would like to have her marked as deceased also. This is proving impossible as the computer thinks that I am her when I log onto Geni. Could you please fix this problem? Thank you.

Bjørn P. Brox The easiest solution is to switch around those two profiles.
When you got invited to Geni your mail address was probably added to your mother's profile instead of your self.I can make the switch for you if it is OK for you.

Mary Jean Mills Mrs That would be great. Please do it, as my mother Mary Jean Mills died in June this year. There is also another profile for her which needs to be combined. This other profile is saying she is my stepmother (which she isn't) and that profile was able to be marked - deceased. I appreciate the help with this as I have spent hours trying to fix it but to no avail. Best wishes Lynette Ritchie
