I already sent a report months ago, if not a year. I do not have any access to the email address so I cannot do it myself!

Actually deleting the entire tree would be 10 times better because I am absolutely sure no one wants to be on here!
There are several user-accounts there, so the tree cannot be deleted unless each user log in and close their account. Andrei was for example logged in in December, so password and login is not forgotten. Give it a try first. If not, use the Report option on the profiles.
I am extremely angry and frustrated.
I want to cancel my Basic subscription, and to DELETE ALL INFORMATION supplied.
I now find that there is no way to contact Geni to do this.
After searching the FAQ, I tried, unsuccessfully, to delete information I want removed from the site, but all I get is a WARNING: Warning: Removing these connections will split the tree. THEN NOTHING HAPPENS!
This is very disturbing.

As with all internet sites with a registration/login: Click on your own name at the top to get to your account settings.
I have searched in vain for any tab to click on for "changing"my basic membership in order to cancel it. I never intended to join this service and have no intention of using it
or paying for it.
