We have 2 Accounts - mathewar@ymca.org.au in the name of MATHEW
AND taaza@hotmail.com in the name of my wife Nancy. The system is NOT allowing to merge.
Since the first one is my work account, we would like to DELETE the 2nd Account in the name of wife and CHANGE my user name to taaza@hotmail.com
In other words, replace mathewar@ymca.org.au with taaza@hotmail.com and delete my wife's profile.
I have made a ticket for this request with our Customer Support team. They will follow up with you shortly.
I am unable to export. I've been told it is because my dad account created me and since his death I am managing the data

I will not subscribe if I cannot export. Does not give confidence to the product
I'm not sure if managing your fathers account will allow you to export from profiles he created, but if you manage his account now, you could try and see if you can export from profiles he created.
If you have not reported your fathers death you should do that, see https://help.geni.com/hc/en-us/articles/229706547-How-do-I-report-a-profile-as-Deceased- and you can ask for management of the private profiles he managed (but that may change the possibility to export from those profiles, so please contact Geni to see what is possible)
