Can not change birth order

I am unable to correct the birth order for this person http://www.geni.com/people/Franc-Ferlan/6000000020638361536

Whenever I set his birth order to 5 it promptly reverts back to being 1.

There are 7 siblings in this family. I am the manager of all but the last (7th) one. Franc Ferlan is the 5th which is clearly seen as they all have known birth dates, But when I edit birth order in any of these 7 siblings, I get "Your changes have been saved". Then I go back to birth order and Franc is again sharing number 1 with one of his sisters. I've tried this more than a dozen times and cannot move Franc from position 1.

I also noticed that his parents are not listed in his relationships.

  Did you change the birth order by typing in a number or did you just use the mouse to drag each person into correct birth order position with automatic re-ordering of the others?

  If not, try that method.

  The fact that the parents are not showing in the remove relationships section is an obvious error and might cause the problems you see.
  An Geni engineer should take a look on this.

  Both methods equally fail to remove him from number 1.

  OK, - the workaround I have used in such cases where the parent listing is not showing up where it should is to disconnect and reconnect them, but we should probably leave it as it in case Geni needs an example to find out what is going on.
