I have 127 persons listed on my Geni Basic page about one third of tht number displays a white background with no info in regard to the person other than their name. What is wrong and can I correct this issue?

Bjørn P. Brox The only such limitation you would have as even Pro users is when you try to view private profiles managed by others outside your own family group.
Are you sure you have logged into correct account?
The account you was logged into when typing this message is a woman named Homer Melder connected as a spouse to a Linda, which again is connected as an ex-wife to Homer Dale Melder, which I guess is the account you should have been logged into, and as a spouse which are having an ex, the ex's family of private profiles would be outside your family range.I do also notice some mysterious conflict on your grandfather Charlie's profile which also might cause problems behind that point.
I will PM you a message to both accounts to confirm the situation, and we take it from there to clear out how to solve this.

Bjørn P. Brox Nope, there is no limits in adding profiles for basic users on Geni.
There was a limit on 100 last year, but not now.Anyhow, as I said about your problem ,- you are logged into the wrong account. Try to log out and in again with another email you probably have used.

Homer Melder Bjorn P. Brox , this is Dale Melder and my email has changed from dalemelder_us@yahoo.com to melderdale@yahoo.com . Would it be possible for you to help me correct the issues in my account? Thanks Dale Melder

Maria E Del Rosario Yes, I joined a geneology app online for free and when I reached a certain number of relatives, it disallowed me to continue because there was a limit (which I didn't know initially). It was disappointingly a waste of my time filling up my list and was about to share it with family so they can add more to it. It would be better if Geneology websites informed members of these choices. All they wanted to do was to sell us their Pro platform yearly at an expensive price ($100+). Maybe a cheaper, middle choice price would be more reasonable. I am having second thoughts of continuing with Geni bec. as you'ved written it was limited in 2012 but now, no more (in 2021)? Is this 'No Limit' permanent?

Geni Support Team Hi Maria, the limit for basic users was removed in November 2012 when MyHeritage acquired Geni. We have no plans to bring it back. All basic users can add unlimited people to the tree for free.
It is not required to upgrade to use Geni. A Pro subscription simply gives you access to additional features, such as Tree Matches (matching profiles on Geni), full access to our search engine, and priority support. You can read more about our basic and Pro subscriptions here: https://help.geni.com/hc/en-us/articles/229706167-Is-Geni-free-
