I need help urgently please!!!!! I have worked extensively on my Geni family tree - my family name is Antoinette Hasler but I am called Toni. I wanted to sign in and could not remember my password, and instead of asking for a reminder I saw I could check in with Facebook, which I did - but then it deleted all the work I have done and started a brand new tree for me!!! I am desperate - as I have spent weeks of work putting my family history up there.
