When I go to resolve a merge issue, I'm presented with an upgrade sell. If I choose no thanks, I can't merge . Kindly get your sales talk and the reality in sync.

Please know that merging duplicate profiles and tree matches are two different features. Merging duplicate profiles is now free. Tree matches which shows a list of profile matches in other trees is still a Pro user feature.
