I want to delete all my data from Geni.com

Account rv@mmm.lt .

I can't delete all persons from my Tree o I can't use your instructions how to remove an account.

You close your account in the Account settings which you find in the menu that pops up when clicking your name in the upper right corner of a Geni window.
- How do I close my account?

I had no idea that I had a Geni account. So, I am wanting to delete the account, but I am being asked for credit card information before I can proceed to my account. How can I have it deleted without entering my cc information?
